Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods in the online store of Hanasand Honning og Bær (hereinafter referred to as the "seller"). By completing a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions.

The agreement
The agreement between the buyer and the seller consists of these terms and conditions of sale, information provided in the online store (product descriptions, prices, etc.) and any separately agreed terms. In the event of any conflict, separately agreed terms shall prevail, provided that they do not conflict with mandatory legislation.
The sale is regulated, among other things, by the Norwegian Contracts Act, the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, the Norwegian Marketing Control Act and the Norwegian Personal Data Act.
Parties
The seller is Hanasand Honning og Bær.
The buyer is the consumer or business placing the order.
Price
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value added tax where applicable. The total cost, including shipping and any fees, is shown before the order is completed.
The seller reserves the right to correct printing errors, obvious pricing errors and sold-out products.
Formation of the agreement
The agreement is binding when the buyer has submitted the order and the seller has confirmed the order (order confirmation by email). If there is any discrepancy between the order and the order confirmation, the buyer is asked to contact the seller immediately.
Payment
Payment is made through the payment solutions available in the online store, e.g. card/Vipps/Klarna (to be adapted). The amount is reserved/charged in accordance with the payment provider's procedures.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer when placing the order.
The seller bears the risk for the goods until they have been delivered to the buyer. If delivery is significantly delayed, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal (for consumers)
When purchasing from the online store, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day after the goods have been received, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must give the seller a clear notice within the deadline, for example by email to bjarte.hanasand@lyse.net. The buyer may use the standard withdrawal form. (available upon request).
Return of goods:
The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the right of withdrawal has been notified.
The buyer pays the return costs.
The goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity.
Exceptions/note for food products:
Sealed food products may in some cases be subject to limitations on the right of withdrawal if the seal is broken and the product is not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
Returns due to defects or damage during transport
If the package is visibly damaged upon receipt, it is recommended to note the damage upon delivery and take photos.
If you discover a defect/damage to the product:
Contact us as soon as possible at bjarte.hanasand@lyse.net with the order number and photos.
We will assess whether there are grounds for compensation/replacement product/refund.
Complaints (for consumers)
If the product has a defect, the buyer may submit a complaint in accordance with the rules of the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
Complaints should be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered (preferably within 2 months).
If the complaint is approved, the buyer may be entitled to repair, replacement delivery, price reduction or cancellation of the purchase, depending on the situation.
Product information, allergens and use
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. Minor deviations may occur (e.g. colour/crystallisation in honey).
Allergens: Any allergens shall be stated in the product and/or label information.
Storage: Follow the recommended storage instructions on the packaging for best quality.

Dispute resolution
We encourage you to contact us first in order to resolve the matter amicably.
If we cannot reach an agreement, consumers may contact:
The Norwegian Consumer Council for mediation, and/or
The Norwegian Consumer Complaints Committee if the case can be handled there.
Changes to the terms and conditions
The seller may update the terms and conditions of sale. The terms and conditions that apply to your purchase are those that were published at the time of ordering.
